Langho FC is proud to introduce our brand-new coaching program, specifically designed for children aged under 5 and under 6 (current reception school age for this year or going into reception next year). These sessions are delivered by Blackburn Rovers Pre-Academy coaches, offering a level of training rarely available at grassroots level. Whether your child already plays or is stepping onto a pitch for the first time, this is a welcoming, professional environment where they can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
By partnering with coaches from Blackburn Rovers Class 1 Academy and Preston North End with specific experience and expertise with coaching U5 and U6 children, we’re bringing the highest standard of youth coaching directly to our local community.
These 50 minute sessions take place every Sunday morning from 9am on our 3G pitch at The Rydings, ensuring a safe and consistent playing environment. Players will benefit from expert guidance in movement, coordination, ball control, and early tactical thinking, all delivered in a fun and supportive setting that builds a lifelong love of football.
Our sessions are open to all U5 and U6 boys and girls, regardless of their background or experience. Our goal is to help every child develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of sport. These sessions are more than just training, they are an opportunity to make new friends, stay active, and start a football journey that could last a lifetime.
