FA Player Registration - Parent / Carer

It’s time to register the players with the league for next season.

The process from previous years has now changed and one stage requires input from the parent/carer for consent for your son or daughter to play with Langho FC.

For each player, we need the form below completing asap which will create a FAN number for you, and you will receive the next stage via email direct from the FA.

Obviously the league have a lot of admin to get through so the sooner we can progress these the better to ensure our players are eligible to play.
